Mazza aka Fitso praying for some decent racing weather which will give me a fighting chance of making my target time. Update: I made it - in spite of a truly awful swim. Otherwise a really good race & finished 6th in my catgory.

TW 400m OW swim, 20k bike, 5k run...2nd year for me, out to beat 2006 time......had a great run....swim was OK, 7.49 out of the water, the bike was then really good, at least 4 minutes quicker than last year...37.46 including both T1 and T2...the new bike must be worth it :-) Run was then good 21.21....came in well under expected time, so all those Fetch betters should be happy :-)...for first time ever my overall position on the bike was better than my run...I was 148th on Swim...122nd on bike and 142nd on run.
