Lieutenant Lucerne Watch time. Ran the first km a bit faster than planned, followed by two slower kms, before picking up the pace again (and even a slight 'sprint' over the last 100m).

Schnecke PB here last year - can I do it again? Will have more idea nearer the time. Did it - not by much but I did it! Time is from my stopwatch, as was last year's as this isn't chip timed.
