icemaiden First 5K race - should get round in under 30 mins. :-) Garmin time from start line to finish line 29:31, official time probably about 10 secs slower.

jangles Have never run a 5k other than RFL with my daughter. I've put in a fairly conservative prediction but I'd LIKE to make it round in about 23/24 minutes...would anyone be prepared to pace me?

Lieutenant Lucerne Watch time. Ran the first km a bit faster than planned, followed by two slower kms, before picking up the pace again (and even a slight 'sprint' over the last 100m).

running ade First Race! Went really well. Entered with only the aim of finishing it. Did it in under 30 minutes, so I was pleased.

Stotty Watch time - 7 secs off start line. Actually quite shocked to have got under 25 mins. The rehabilitation continues....I'll have to wait until next year for a new PB...
