Lieutenant Lucerne Watch time. Ran the first km a bit faster than planned, followed by two slower kms, before picking up the pace again (and even a slight 'sprint' over the last 100m).

Stotty Watch time - 7 secs off start line. Actually quite shocked to have got under 25 mins. The rehabilitation continues....I'll have to wait until next year for a new PB...
