Turbo doesnt count Not done this one for a few years, could be fun going back to the old home town. Started well, consistent pace throughout, still fuel in hte tank at the end so could have gone quicker, damn. Shame one person who finished in this sort of time have to be paced through the difficult part of the park, not cheating as such just not in the spirit. Anyway rant over, woo hoo!!

Potsie Boiling hot day for my first ever race. Got through it ok including Cardiac hill which i was nervous about all round. It was not half as bad as i thought.

Wiseguy Shocking time for me, I could have run this a lot faster, but the heat just killed me off big time..will do it again next year and aim for a much better time, great atmosphere, everyone should do this run in 2010, as hot as it was it was still an amazing day and the support was superb!
