About Me
Started running again in 2008 after many years of inactivity, and started regular running in 2009 when I decided to run the Berlin Marathon. Aims: to stay fit, lose weight, and break 50 for 10k, 1:50 for a half, and 4 hours for a marathon. The latter may be tricky.
