DGA A strong wind and some ups and downs meant I didn't think this was going to be the day to break the hour. Company between 4-8 miles really made the difference and so to dip just under 60 mins and win the County V40 title was an unexpected but good start to the year : )

BigChiefRunningBore decent run for the most part but blew up in 8th mile losing over 40 seconds and PB (1:08.59) found something to push for last half a mile but all too late. 2 seconds out. tough 10 miler this - 90% up hill ;-)
