Bear Foot Aim to get under 37.00. Bit uncertain and a test of training to date really. Post Race Update: Failed dismally to get PB. Conditions were perfect and course was fast. Just couldn't run as fast as I needed to. Foot was a bit painful but managed to put up with that in the race so probably didn't slow me down all that much. Sorry to anyone that bet on me.

tjrunning Seems to be some confusion regarding the timing of this race. My watch recorded 45:20 but the website had 45:33 as the chip time, and then the results published in the Evening Post had 45:16.

makkem Hope to at least beat my time for the Pensford 10k last Sunday (27/04/08), as I understand the course is a bit flatter. Offical results in today's Bristol Evening Post, managed 51 mins 37 secs. Hope the organisors have the sense not to take any more runners in this event, 5000 is about all the course can take.

welly well beat my pb even if I wasn't quite as quick as i would have liked - are we ever?? Course was great, nice scenery, very flat and well marshalled, definitely on the calendar for next year.
