Lisrun Almost completely flat course. Took 5min 28sec off my pb ! Over the moon. Great support from the marshalls.

More of a Tortoise Started off with PPB who was struggling with injury to ankle. She pulled out at 4 miles and I went it alone but found it a real struggle and couldn't get into a rhythmn at all. Got pretty cold towards the end as well. Fantastic marshals though and great sweatshirt at the end.

Rhino Fantastic race and a post-injury PB! Achilles were enormously painful from 6.5 ish - 11 miles, had to stop at 9 to try to sort them but it didn't work. The hill at 11 and change in stride worked wonders and since I'd had to hold back so much cos of the pain, I had loads left to give for the last 2 miles and flew as fast as I could! Fantasticly organised and marshalled, thanks to everyone!

santababy first half, hoping to get sub 2.20 but i'll be happy getting sub 2.30 i guess! ***UPDATE** had a wonderful first half,did it in 2hr and 7 mins so i'm delighted! hope to do one every month this yr before turning my attentions to a full one (eek, did i just say that?)

tidygirl done as part of mara training for Lochaber that April which I never did after getting injured in Feb. Was a good run, fading a bit towards end but wa spleased with it

XB Hoping for a nice steady run. Am determined to stick to 6mins/km for first 5k then see how it goes. The best laid plans. I went off too fast then settled into a steady rhythm and finished strongly. Top of the world. THIS IS A BRILLIANT RACE.
