Tim of Fife I clocked 1:39.47 (chip), placing me 246th of the 957 finishers. (50.45 - 7.45 per mile / 49.02 - 7.29 per mile) Despite the many, many inclines in the early miles, I smashed my long-standing March 2009 PB (1:40.54). Also, at the ripe old age of 53 (going on 54), I did something that I've always dreamed of doing - running sub-100 minutes for a half-marathon. Best running day of my life !!!!!!! Splits : Mile 1 -7.17 / Mile 2 - 7.39 / Mile 3 - 8.01 / Mile 4 - 7.35 / Mile 5 - 8.02 / Mile 6 - 8.04 / Mile 7 - 7.24 / Mile 8 - 7.50 / Mile 9 - 7.42 / Mile 10 - 7.25 / Mile 11 - 7.22 / Mile 12 - 7.21 / Last 1.1 miles - 8.05)
