I sulked and stopped going back before Covid because the staff were quite unpleasant and off-hand last time, and it was just a horrible experience. Let’s hope they are having a better day. Despite being O neg and all the desperate appeals I’ve still had to wait nearly 3 weeks for an appointment that didn’t involve an 80 mile round trip… so I agree with the thoughts that capacity is the issue as much as donor availability.
