The needle was uncomfortable and the flow was declared slow initially, but a bit of armchair twerking resulted in a donation time under 6 minutes, which is quick for me. Boring biscuits, orange Clubs, salt and vinegar crisps.

It's my 4th donation since May and I am rewarded with a Plasma donation tote bag. Of course I am also rewarded with a peaceful hour with nothing to do but wiggle my fingers and eat crisps💙
