Mushroom Sep 2024 12:34pm, 14 Sep 2024 3,333 posts	0 Mushroom I think they'd already started to reduce staffing prior to lock down. Many years ago they had someone with a big kettle and teapot. But then they moved to self service, where we had to use one of the big hot water 'urns'.
