Good training in less than ideal conditions elsewhere too I've been to NY and Lake Geneva (but not Montreux) Don't recall Ilkley but possibly did as a kid Today's venue is on the agenda for next year What - 6miles back in the Wharf done, Village coaching this evening Why - recovery & routine last rest - 28/11 last hard - yesterday : 9 miles (ish) including 4 at arguably threshold pace . Was a bit wayward but at least consistent. Too cold to really get into it. lyric - yes (or I'm going to the wrong place next year...)

First walk was the school run, second walk to work in a cafe to get me out the house, 3rd will be tonight to assess conditions for the run group I'm leading tomorrow. @HazelnutCH how are things going at the mo? @Wabo shame about the race but sounds like the better option given the conditions @Dustin haven't you learned after all these years that I'm stubborn 😂 no way I wouldn't have got through that ultra though I did walk a lot of it and especially whenever my foot started hurting Have a great day all
