Morning - quick drop in for lyrics before next meeting...

Walked in the cold air
Freezing breath on a window pane

Lines 1 and 2

What: MLR - 11-12 miles
Why: mid-week miles
Last hard: 5 x 600 intervals - was breezy, too many random pedestrians and I had a nosebleed in rep 1
Last rest: Monday

Lyrics: no, but good choice!

Way too icy to run here safely at the moment

Lyrics: yes, first album I ever bought

What: A 2km walk, 50 lunges.
Why: Too much snow and ice to attempt the planned interval session.

Lyrics - Yes :)

What - about an hour, maybe a bit longer?
Why - consistency, frequency pre-base base ;)

Still ongoing hard - getting off the sofa, making run a priority.

I think your snow and ice is heading my way for the weekend, it is currently pouring.

Good to see @emzap drop in yesterday. 53 run-walk on a dodgy foot sounds like a long way!

Shame you missed your race yesterday @Wabo but if you were that tired anyway.

Well done on the threshold run yesterday @Dustin

Decent distance on the bike for 30 mins yesterday @RFJ : definitely keep it going.

Good morning snow

Lyrics: Yes :) Good choice for today.

What: Not convinced I'll be able to dodge the treadmill for running today, but at some point I'll need to walk in the cold air to get a bottle of milk.
Why: Outside is frozen.
Last hard: Parkrun on Saturday.

So far for me there's a perfect correlation between songs I've recognised and places I've actually been.

The only place on the list so far I’ve been to is Ilkley Moor. I did my first ever fell race there and lived within sight for over ten years. I have been to today’s too. It’d be a toss up between Ipanema and New York for first choice of unvisited
