Wow, just wow!! Kitchen was somewhat disappointing after all the rest of the bells and whistles. Why in god's name would you decorate your house like that when it is in a tower block? Why would you decorate like that full stop?

RS - yours looks great. You can see the potential because there are no distractions. That first one over the charity shop, I couldn't even tell you anything about the actual property.

I could tell you it had a phone box and dust catching chandeliers. Not sure why they wasted photos on taking closeups of items like chandeliers.

That was my reaction HP, wow, just wow! A lot of work has gone into all that. I'm so minimalist, it gives me claustrophobia!

When do you go live Meglet?

Just called my agents (it went on last thing Weds) - 3 viewings booked in for open day on 8th so far. I'm hoping that people go to have a look at the area at the weekend and might book in after that.

We are selling two houses. One (the cheaper of the two) is pretty close to going after three weeks or so on the market and three offers 'on the table'. The other (home) is in transition now after a local estate agent drummed up a total of one viewing in seven weeks :-(

I bought home from the estate agent we were using to try and sell it. After the purchase ten years or so ago I swore I'd have nothing to do with the agent again. A new team, free approach etc impressed me but I feel mugged

That's disappointing DT. Hope your new agent will help.

Good news RS, fingers crossed for a few more.

Hoping to see photos today then live Monday or Tuesday. Agents said they'd start calling people when I signed up 2w ago but guess nobody will book until they see pics and floorplan.
