We enjoyed a moonlit run last night.

I'm enjoying a 'Seed & Bean' bar of chocolate. Lemon and cardamom flavour. It's going faster than I run.

It's lovely that you two always have each other to run with :)
I haven't run yet this week :(
I will tomorrow though - promise ;)
Must try to do more than 3 - but then 10 miles is only 3 x 3 and a bit more, isn't it?

I'm not sure Fizz would agree with you SW.

You must run tomorrow. You have a race month after next.

I'll probably claim it back tomorrow if we have the ice they're forecasting!
Yesterday consisted of an hour with the PT and a swim - not sure how that helps a 10 mile race, but I'm sure it does somehow
Today I am mostly trying not to scream and not to murder anyone

I plan to run tomorrow.

It could be considered training.

It will be slow.

I did run today!
It was very cold and windy but mostly sunny :)
Lousy run otherwise though - other than I managed 3.3 miles.
Next one on Sunday.

I've just run. Thought I'd better practise in case there's an unforecast solar eclipse on race day.

Brrr snow

(It was lovely and clear, and the ground was only just not frozen.)
