Our weather forecast for tomorrow isn't brilliant either.
It's not bad enough to stop me from running for an hour. There's always the treadmill if I'm feeling soft.

I rode my bike today because the forecast for tomorrow was for rain. And because I was aching from running on the treadmill and lifting weights on Thursday and couldn't have run.

Another 6 miles for us today. It wasn't great the weather but we got some miles done.
I'm enjoying Welsh cakes with Cornish clotted cream. Sort of fusion food.

They are like a scotch pancake but with currents GM.

Welsh cakes are more like flat fruit scones cooked on a hotplate than Scotch pancakes. I didn't like them much at first, but there are some things you have to learn to like when you're married to a Welsh person

Yup, I'd regard them as similar to a flat scone. Delicious. You'd like them GM.
