I will look out for them next time I go to a cafe on a bike ride (I'm not buying flour based products for consumption at home as it brings out the inner pig in me)

You'd definitely like Welshcakes. I can't buy them for home consumption because they bring out the pig in me too.

3.5 miles in the pouring rain for me this morning. I think I was actually more enthusiastic than the dog was today :)

I'd say we're all doing pretty well!

I have no problem doing portion control with Welsh cakes. They're sold in single portion packs of six cakes ... er, I mean, I see them as being eL Bee!'s food so I'm not tempted to eat them myself, just like I could be desperate for chocolate but wouldn't see the children's Easter eggs as fair game.

And although I quite like them, I'd rather have a slice of toast or a bowl of Shreddies.

I really wish they didn't sell them in packs of six ...

I'm afraid the children's Easter eggs were always fair game to me, especially when they were quite young. They had so many - far more than was good for them, so I had to help them eat them - but only the Cadbury ones. Such a bad mother ;)

Going to plan a working from home day on Tuesday or Wednesday this week, I think. That way I get to run outside in the daylight before Friday :)

Cadbury is the best milk chocolate so you are excused, SW :)

When I go and sit in the office, it is opposite Cadbury World. I can still get in to the staff shop. However I only go in twice a year, usually at others request or pig tendencies take over.

10 miles for me today. Been building up very slowly since Nov and it's the furthest I've ran since June. Feels like a bit of a milestone.

Well done, Nat - that's great progress.
We never did meet for a run, did we? Expect you'll be too speedy for me now :)

Thanks :) SW we could still do that. Most general runs are 11-12.30mm at the moment?
