I won't be flying either, Vrap. Did manage to do 10 miles this morning though. And at a reasonable pace considering the icy footpaths!

Looking at everyone else's idea of "slow" - it will be me bringing up the rear :-)

We enjoyed a lovely 6 mile run along Margate's former glorious promenade. Looks mightily run down now though.

I've failed miserably this week - no running at all! Never mind - I can only improve :)
Well done, Ness - that's great mileage for a frosty morning.

My intended run this weekend hasn't happened. I was weathered yesterday (I didn't fancy getting wet or cold) and today's bike ride was 90 minutes later setting off than originally planned so I ran out of daylight and inclination. But I'm on this!!!

I'm sure the cycling is building your fitness up, GM. And there are seven weeks to go. :)

I'm relying on those two factors, Ness :)

3 slow miles before work. It was cold but not freezing. I just need to do it again another day and I'll be on a roll :)

Yeah. Well done, GM.

I was determined to get to 💯 miles for January. That meant 5 miles this morning and hopefully another run of 3 or more tomorrow to take me over the line just in time! ;)
