Nice, Ness :)

I have more than 100 miles for January but a lot of it has been walking, though some of that walking has incorporated a fair amount of jogging. It's all miles on feet :)

That's a lot of miles on such cold, dark mornings, Ness. Well done!

Hello.
I feel as though I've made a little bit of progress today. 4.15 miles at fastest pace this year (not that I'm too bothered by pace but it's nice to see some improvement when I'm not trying to run faster) :)
It's a long way off 10, I know, it's given me some confidence that I can run further than 5K.
Looking forward to a run by the sea on Sunday :)

Well done Woo'ster. We enjoyed a run by the sea at Margate last Sunday. It's always somehow more pleasant.

You will be awesome.

I didn't run but I have a runny nose as does Fizz'ster.

The speedwork I've been doing in the week has started to have an impact. I managed 10 miles this afternoon in 1:39:05. Will be happy if I can repeat that at Draycote but not sure if it'll be possible. It's usually quite breezy from what I remember.

Well done Ness. I'm doing cycling in preference to running this weekend, partly because I have a large blood blister on my foot after Tuesday's run.

Ouch, GM. Hope the foot heals quickly. Your excellent cycling will be very good training while it heals.
