I shall re- write that last half asleep post V'rap:

half term is earlier in feb than Netherhall - and that looks like it would be full of speedy people

Draycote comes before Easter hols - which is annoying as it would be nice to make a long weekend of that too
The 24 hr track thingy you're doing is actually at the start of our Easter break - making it easier for me to get to ( or rather sensible time to get home from) and I'm not ruling out the 12hr overnight one as I have no issues with my heels this morning :)

Ooooh! Exciting, Rosehip!

The Netherhall race will have its share of random local runners as well as being a championship race. And Cumberland AC are a nice friendly bunch.

I had to re read that, Netherhall was one of our rival schools in Cambridge and all I can think of is repeatedly getting trounced in netball matches by them!

When I was initially looking for the timetable for the swimming pool at Netherhall school, the Cambridge one popped up all over my smart Google that thinks it knows my geographical location muppet but this one is in Maryport.

We enjoyed a 5 mile jogette. There was some mud also and a bit bolted onto the run that was new to us.

I'm pleased to report that my first weigh in of the year records that I've not gained any weight over the Christmas period.

Which is nice.

One run at a time SW. We'll get there. We are planning 3 runs a week also.
