Garmin, worn only when out of bed, says ave 55 over last 7 days, ranging from 52 to 58. Given that 10-15 years ago at my peak fitness lowest I saw was 51, I'm OK with where it now is. Never been 40s, or dis I see someone say 38 recently? Wow! My max HR was 193, though I'm sure it's lower now. While I know that is nothing to do with fitness does it mean my highish RHR is more understandable? G |
