If you have an event in, you can usually see the next 7 days of training suggestions on the watch. There may be another way of seeing it but I don't know how.

For me for example it has Tuesday scheduled for sprints ATM so it is trying to tackle the shortage in the next week and I've generally seen an anaerobic suggestion each week which I've either ignored or has disappeared because I did something the day before it was supposed to pop up that meant the watch didn't think it was suitable. This is likely to happen this week as Monday might end up as a long run.

This is on the 255. I don't know if the 45 series worked as well as that.

I've got a Fenix 6 Pro

I have daily suggestions but my race which is in the app calendar is not showing on the watch

I don't have the ability to see daily suggestions on the app either

My race is 2.5hrs for me (I'm slow) so suggesting up to 70 mins today seems a little odd

I have a 745 and I can't see races in the calendar either. I think it must be a new feature of the 55 series.

Soooooo

it seems that Fenix 6 does not support race calendar and therefore my suggestions won't reflect that I have a race planned

Apparently it's too old! LOL

EvilPixie, do you get suggestions for bike and run? Then I could understand why 70 minutes. 39 base for running, 70 base for biking.

About This Thread

According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
