I have added my cheese straws recipe to the article. You will marvel at just how much cheese features in this recipe, and wonder if the dough will ever come together. It will - maybe need a splash of water - but these are divine. I've posted the original recipe and my notes for how I changed it. Note that if you make the large quantity you will need a lot of surfaces for cooling racks and unless you have many baking trays, you will need to rotate them.
