It was friendship cake when it sat in my kitchen in the eighties. I *think* I might start one called a 'au revoir' cake and send it out into the parish when I leave :-)

I've started one off today using the netmums recipe. not convinced it will work as it's different to mums 80's recipe, but it will be fun trying.
