I ended up with a dual drawer Instant, for a family of 3. Finally got it out & used today!

It's massive, yet the drawers seem small. If you need to speard the stuff out for air flow, then I can hardly cook anything *confused*

I was expecting to love it, and that it would help reduce convenience food (eg home made nuggets & chips) but I'm worried I've made a mistake.

We had a salter dual drawer as only 2 of us it was ideal for using a smaller space and we bought some shelves so we could double layer - jackets/chips with protein on shelf.

We then went for ninja 15 in 1 and I’ve zero regrets we use it so much, stream roast / steam air fry is game changer.

The salter is now with in laws who are starting to experiment (we bought my parents one for Xmas)

It’s just working our how to maximise the space your have. Good luck Lizzie

Is it the rack that goes in the bottom of pan that you used as shelves?

The drawers are large it is a 10.5 litre one .So far chicken breast and chips for Mr Wp both a success.
All trial and error at the moment.
