That loaf looks lovely Wriggers. We ran out of yeast a couple of months ago and you can’t get it in town any more. Bread is plentiful though, so we’re not hard done by.

Linds if they're smelly get rid. If not give them a go: after all, eggs last for a good while at room temperature and in a gas-permeable shell. I'd be more suspicious of yolks as I suspect the fat would make them go off a bit more quickly.
