Epic fail this month my running has been on a backseat and I’ve felt very exhausted on most runs. I’ll try again in august.

A fantastic result Bowman 🇸🇪 a mile is so very hard to get right which is why I started this. I'm attempting to get it right before December and still very much doubt I will. A great PB for racing yourself, very well done.

Well done Bowman 🇸🇪! Had me on the tips of my toes. 😉

I managed to do a quicker mile for the last day too. Pleased with my 7:41 (down from 9:04 earlier; was just a benchmark from a regular run, so a line in the sand in case I didn’t get to do a mile properly).

Well done Bowman and JCB

The weather has been grim here today. Got out after 8, dry but windy, feeling tired but just wanted to do something as I missed last month. It felt pretty awful and was slow but at least I did it!

It’s going really well :) ;)

I know I can do better than today, so for August I really must prioritise getting a good run in.
