When you've got yours done you need to kick my backside to do the same, I do anticipate doing mine Thursday though.

Disappointed with the time, which was 13 seconds slower than last month. I can do better so might have another bash before the month is out.

It's not easy pacing a mile race whether it's virtual or real, be it on track, road, grass or trail. Go out too hard initially and struggle towards the end, go out too soft and regret your finish time.
