It's two weeks today since my eye op and the second is Tuesday next week. I might have a little jog later in the week to log a time, but it'll be a token effort

Mine might end up as a brisk walk. Maybe a mile split from the Jorvik Way walk we did. Sunday night we were on tarmac and late for tea

I got so excited last night - there is an actual mile race in Gosport on the weekend we are visiting my parents. nice-work.org.uk I'm going to have a real go at the mile and then have a steady 5k after. |

Thanks Fenland Flier Sounds like a good plan Sombrero May virtual mile done Warm up with strides and drills and some dynamic stretching Off road run on pit (very dry easy off road). 1/2 mile out 1/2 mile back (inc turning round). Time 6:13 quickest this year. Quicker second half including turnaround than first half Hopefully sub 6:10 in June |
