Flat in daylight not too many people around and virtual no wind (by Cleethorpes standards 😁). Mile time 6:09 quickest of the year and quickest since November 2020. My 6th quickest mile since I started running again in April 2018

It's not easy pacing a mile race whether it's virtual or real, be it on track, road, grass or trail. Go out too hard initially and struggle towards the end, go out too soft and regret your finish time.
