Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Wow - Tipsku, that's amazing; Clare, you continue to excel and Steve? You age like a fine wine. Well done to all of you. I'm not long since back from spectating - what an atmosphere - the other half ran a super race 3.47. 1.53 at half way and nothing faster than 8.36 and nothing slower than 8.41. I could learn a thing or two!

Well done to all of you :-)

Congrats to your other half, Oscar. Looks like she's a metronome, too. Very impressive pacing!

Someone in our club did a 3.59.59 too.... If I was the second runner you mention, I'd be mighty frustrated.

My first marathon (Chester 2016) I finished in 4:01.00. I had stopped to use the portaloo at mile 15 and including waiting for it to be free, I was stationary for 2m 37s.

Not that I remember the times exactly out of frustration nearly 7 years later...
