Delighted for you tipsku congratulations👏👏👏 So, pretty perfect London marathon day for me. 3:16:51. My best London by about 6 mins. Very happy. Maybe could have killed myself for sub3:15 (if that) but not much more. |

Helloooo! Fantastic running and pacing Tipsku! Welcome to the sub-3:30 club, very well deserved. And well done SS, great result. I'll update the wall of Fame later. Thank you for my messages! I was over the moon to run 3:16:59 chip time with the 2nd half 1 min slower than the first. I had some niggle concerns in the last week but fortunately it felt the same in mile 26 as it did in mile 1 so I just ignored the pull I had down my right hamstring (caused by tightness in my lower back / glute on that side) and luckily it didn't feel like it restricted me. 8 secs slower than my PB but I'm genuinely not disappointed by that, I gave it my all today. 9 mins course best for London. |
