Yes, of course. As things stand at the moment I have a plan for the next 3 weeks which should land me on race day in a good place. And beyond a really dramatic difference in what I do vs the plan or an illness etc, it's already pretty well set in stone what I (and others!) will start the race with in the tank in a few weeks.

@Wilding2004 - Hayle Runners did a good job - good medal/keyring/bag and pasty, lots of prizes, well marshalled. Thank you. The route changes make total sense I remember running past Morrisons in the cycle lane previous times, and that section was always a bit dodgy so glad to see it gone. I do miss entering Penventon Hotel from the bottom way in, but I guess the Hotel themselves have imposed that change, so can't complain too much.
