No specific sessions advice from me, but what do you think your current weakness is? Speed? Specific speed endurance? Endurance? One or two of those, or all three?

I was a bit down about my time (35.57 chip) but hr graph shows I paced it well so on reflection mustn't grumble n'all that.

I've now switched to Ultra Prep for 2 x 12hrish nights out to break running things up into Nov, then aim to focus on slow miles & xc Dec onwards.
Aiming to enter Sizzlers 2019 and see if I can get lower in the 16's.
