So parkruns are good for people like me to push ourselves

peanut Dec 2024 6:51pm, 6 Dec 2024 145 posts	0 peanut I run parkruns faster than I would an easy run on my own, and sometimes target PBs. I do also enter paid 5k races but I like that parkrun is low pressure and I can have another go the following week.
