Sutton Park was cancelled today so a group of us went to Kingsbury Water instead. I loved the flat course and the water features I didn't love all the puddle dodgers. I'm so unfit I finished in 33:33 and had a bit of a reality check. Back to volunteering next week, it's easier

Can someone let me know which parkruns have a system whereby parkrunners don't have to pay for parking if they display their barcode/get a discount by displaying their barcode? It used to be like that at QE but it doesn't look like that's the case any more. The council are consulting on a CPZ to include our park and I've asked for concessions. Thanks.

Whinlatter Forest parkrun gives volunteers, but not runners, free parking. Workington Leisure Centre gives parkrunners two hours of free parking close to the parkrun start.
