Nicely obsessive @AndyS for my own obsession I've missed about 13 since 2015.

I found it easier to just remember which I've missed rather than trying to calculate them

2016-08-20: Decided to run a 5 mile race instead.

2016-10-22: Family trip that was planned before I started running.

2017-05-13: Decided to 'run' a marathon instead.

2017-08-19: Decided to 'run' a marathon instead.

2018-05-12: Decided to 'run' a marathon instead.

2019-05-11: Decided to 'run' a marathon instead.

2019-06-01: Decided to have a sialing lesson instead.
2021-09-25: Decided not to get up early to catch several buses from the Loony Confrence in Louth.
2021-11-27: Plane grounded at BHX during storm Arwen.
2023-01-18: Parkrun cancelled whilst en-route, went for breakfast with core team instead of diverting.

2024-05-04: Decided to stay in bed, and run a marathon the next day instead.

2024-07-27: I was a few thousand miles away from my nearest parkrun.

Like it! I nearly have a good excuse for everyone I missed. In the early days races, or tapers were an excuse (but I've got over that now). Weather meant I missed one and then family trips or holidays meant missed a few more. Now I can usually work around trips and holidays with some good planning :-)

I have no excuses really! Just didn't have the parkrun mojo! 🤷‍♀️ However this year I've started to make up for it... I've completed 22 parkruns and got 17 volunteer credits. I'm quite pleased with that considering I was out of the country for a month in January/February.

I’m gonnae try and get my V25 before the end of the year. All but one I’ve had a role that meant you couldn’t run. Plus a few junior Parkruns where they’ve needed folk in an emergency.

Next volunteer in a few weeks takes me to 24/25.

Wwll done, Ally-C. Not all, but a lot of my volunteering has been things I could do and still run (event set up, close down, token sorting etc).

Great goal Ally.

I tend to do most of my Saturday volunteering in roles that allow me to run apart from RDing which I tend to do 6-10 a year. If people want to volunteer more but still run them check with the core team, but I am sure they would be more than happy to get help with set-up and close down, car park marshalling or first timers briefing - I know we are always looking for help in those areas.

I've got 81 runs and 32 volunteers. I have volunteered, technically, a couple more times doing token sorting or a course check when Slow is RD but I don't feel right getting a credit for a walk round the river I'd do anyway or sorting like 70 tokens. 😆 He has given me credits for those things but I've done them more often.

I'd like to get to 100 and v50 at around the same time but we'll see.

I haven't missed many parkruns since we got the bug but it did take a long time to get the bug! :-o

Well done Roo. I know what you mean about missing credits, in the old days we did a load of stuff before all of this specific categories came out! Still, your volunteering ratio is awesome - thanks for helping.

It's definitely easier for me to check attended days , hence I'm 5 years from 500 even though I'm comfortable over 400

My volunteer count is high due to involvement back in the early 201x but like running has taken a back seat in recent years.

Where is this data available ?
