I think that puts me on 443/698, higher than I expected.

Thanks for this! I’m assuming the 2020 number is England?

I've run and/or volunteered on all but 7 possible parkrun days since I started in 28/11/2015 (Not counting the Great Interrunum of 2020/2021, obviously) - two of which were because I simply wasn't aware of the extra Xmas & NYD runs in 2015. We skipped the first half of the double on 1/1/2017, as my wife was worried she wouldn't be able get round in time for us to get to the second event, but we did the second half.

Since 13/8/2016, I've only missed once (29/1/22) - which would have been my 251st.
We were in Inverness, but storms resulted in the cancellation of Torvean (also Elgin, Alness and Aviemore!). Despite that, we went to the park and did a freedom run anyway (as, it turned out, did several others!) - I don't blame the team for cancelling!. Fortunately, the weather had cleared by the following week, so I got to 'officially' baptise my 250 shirt at Torvean - and had the pleasure of meeting 57.5 Degrees of Pain, albeit briefly.

He was, but I can't recall seeing him post for some time. Not sure his account is still live?
I also used to see him around a few of my local parkruns regularly as well, but can't say I have seen his face for some time.

Thanks @Metro_Nome (although, in my case, "obsessive" might be more accurate 🤣)

Yes this is England, was it different elsewhere in the UK?

Wow, Andy, that consistent! I missed quite a few before I got addicted but none in the last 3 years. I didn't used to be able to run Xmas day (because the kids were younger) but have made them since 2022.
