@Bob! I’ve done both - Crosby was fun with the sand and statues, Croxteth is still my 5K PB, a lovely single lap and quite fast course (was a trail when I did it) @Snail we quite often do Arrow Valley, again a very nice course and quite good for VI guiding. Enjoy! |

Hi, I'm new to this thread. I'm part of the tworunningbrooms on YouTube and we video parkruns and other runs... forest plodder - I did a run around TGF on the last day of our holiday in the area on Wednesday. I've also done the parkrun there. It's not the most scenic but the buildings that surround it are quite attractive and I actually liked the views. The surface is a nice trail and it's mildly undulating. A nice cafe too and friendly, like all parkruns. Dereham for us as we're away in Norfolk this weeknd. parkrun locality number 271 for me and as it's a new parjrun and new to us we'll be videoing it. 🙂 |

Hi @Hilly There is a possibility I may make parkrun again this weekend which would be 3 weeks in a row as I may the slowest creep towards 500 ever. Still think it will be 2030 before I get there !! |
