57.5 Degrees of Pain
Running around Chilton Fields is still as boring as it was 30 years ago, and it must be a mudfest in the winter. But it was a pleasantly warm day for a gentle jog.

3 generations celebrating my 350th parkrun at Aviemore today. Grandson's first adult parkrun, running with his grandad (MaltDrinker) and he smashed it! There was cake after of course 😋 |

I paced at Mile End this morning - only 2 seconds over my appointed time, which I'm pretty pleased with. |

Well done DQ! I celebrated my birthday with 130 runners at Crathes Castle this morning. For anyone who has done it the muddy/rough section at the top of the hill is all fixed and is nice and smooth. Means we can use the A route in the winter rather than the alternative. |
