Back to parkrunning for me this weekend after a couple of weeks off, fortunately for good reasons - a festival and holiday in Croatia where there are not yet any parkruns. I did try a couple of early morning runs on hols, but it was already mid-20s at 7am and I needed most of the day by the pool with refreshing drinks to recover ;-)

I admire your application, Groundhog. Gruelling ;-)

A fourth visit to The Meedies (Lochore Meadows) planned for this week. A definite favourite, but just that bit too far away to get there frequently. Hopefully no missed turnings and ten mile detours this time.
