I've got a v index of 4, but have done 14 distinct roles and have 71 credits (a good number of those are for sign language support though)

V index of 3 with 9 distinct roles (Timekeeping being my preferred)
P index of 5 (which isn't bad considering I'm on 225 different events)

As a matter of interest, do guide runners need a guide running licence for parkrun? Reason for asking is that a friend of mine passed the EA-sanctioned course 3(?) years ago, came to renew recently, and had to do a DBS check (plus 3 modules of first aid training, and 2 modules of safeguarding training) in order to get the licence this time around.

I did Sizewell a couple of years ago. I’ve grown no extra body parts but my wife tells me that I emit a green glow when the lights are out 😉
