Quite the opposite - our course involved running through standing water for 6+ months and only in the last couple of weeks has it been nearly mud-free. These were all quite small, I assume born (if that's the right word) this spring.

Closing in on 200. Only three more required. However next week is the last time I can make it until mid August :-(

We actually had a surfeit of volunteers at Thurso this morning, so I ended up being a wandering marshall, as well as course checking, which was nice.

Now on 42 volunteers, and I'm RD next in 4 weeks time. So, if I can get 2 volunteer credits for each of the next 3 weeks I can hit my 50 whilst RDing.

That seems sufficiently pointless and arbitrary that I ought to do it :) Also I would have to announce my own milestone :)

He’s 60.
