-5 and really frosty and crunchy underfoot at Wetherby on their all grass course - many thanks go to volunteers standing around getting colder marshalling while we get hotter

Birthday PB at Dulwich today! Fingers like ice pops. Someone was there doing some filming for Parkrun HQ, but I was unable to find them afterwards to commit my bragging to film.

Minus 7 at Thurso this morning. Took me two and a half laps to warm up. It was fine underfoot, it must have been dry before the freeze.

It was lovely at Exmouth. 3 or 4 degrees i think. Now on the 'C' course due to wall collapse and high tide, but pretty much the same.

We were about -7 too at Crathes castle. Quite a lot of folk turned up in their kilts. The kilted parkrun was a huge success.

I was just down the road at Conyngham Hall where it was minus 4 but a gorgeous run.
