That's such a good point Cerrertonia. Parkrun will be even more important going forward as it seems PE hours are gradually reducing as well so thank goodness there are free activities out there such as junior parkrun and then parkrun.

Gobi ran Sale Water and your tip for the path was ace - that other part of the path sure is hard to run on.

Exmouth was busy, unsurprisingly.

Witnessed a fellow parkrunner shouting at some people sat on deckchairs on the front. They had every right to be there and it was completely unnecessary to shout at them.
No wonder some people hate runners

dobbers brilliant, I was very glad I had pre run the course to see it for myself.

Big_G ran with the wife and then did a lap at z3 on my own and attacked the climb. Got fastest time of the day up the steep bit.

Porthcawl today. I’ve seen starting pace signs before but the first corralled start funnel that I’ve encountered. Nice course. Doubt it’d be approved these days (predominantly on a pavement next to parked cars)?

Surprisingly high number of participants but it’s in a real empty area for runs between Barry & Swansea on the coast / south of the M4.
