ODP is a bit dull Vrap but really nice crowd usually.

Poolsbrook hopefully for us although won't be fast as we've had a week off running (partly planned rest following gard block of training and partly because I fell off my bike).

I still need one on set up and a second timer - first timer is an under 18 who’s not done it before and is understandably anxious about it.
We’ll get there, we always do, but I wish we could fill the rota earlier so it didn’t feel quite so stressful

Thanks for the concern Gobi. Road bike, steep hill downhill, trying to indicate and brake at the same time. Absolutely fine though. No ones fault but my own, will cycle on the flat for a while I think 😂
