I've just volunteered eL Bee! and me for Keswick on Saturday. It'll be my 50th volunteer outing, mostly in jammy roles that give double credits.

Fingers crossed I'm accepted, CW. v50 will look so much better than v25 against my name on the parkrun results ;) If not, there's always next week.

That's fantastic - may just show that pic to one of our in-house seamstresses in case they fancy a go

Early start for me tomorrow - open the park gates then set-up and course check before running round Fell Foot again

Premature virtue signal. Someone else also volunteered to walk the tail so I shall be having a run tomorrow instead. And then next weekend I'm hoping to be at another new-to-me parkrun.

Exmouth today, very busy at the moment, unsurprisingly.

I noted that the 5k app is missing my result from last week, no idea why
