Just popping in and wishing Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs) all the best for the 400, you may catch me this year :¬)

Another no parkrun weekend for me but my almost monthly pilgrimage should happen the following weekend as it is pacer time and it just feels a good thing to do.

A totally straightforward Storeys Field this morning - everything packed away, results submitted and volunteers confirmed all by 10:03 - that’s the way I like it!

Bower Park wasn’t the most exciting, but has toilets & bacon rolls after with lots of nice folk too.
