Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Mile End generally gets a smaller turnout at this time of year (possibly because many people are away visiting family outside London) - yesterday was our smallest turnout (137) since 23/12/2017.

Raptors Claws are coming to town
Carlisle well attended but not crowded. I'm guessing 200ish.

149 at Witney today which is very similar to the numbers this December (although 277 yesterday)

This lonely snowman across the park after the event looked a rather melancholic figure as he walked away. This view made all of the finish team rather sad 😢

As has become a Christmas Day tradition at Greenwich the rules were sung - this time to the tune of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer: fb.watch

This year, I've parkrun 52 times at 9 locations.
Volunteered 44 times, on 37 days, at 3 events, in 7 different roles.
Wrapped up the year this morning with my 298th parkrun, and 100th volunteer slot.

Clevedon Salthouse Fields today. 279 runners but felt like more. Was expecting a typical promenade parkrun but its a bit different with ramps going down to thr lake. Gets a bit narrow at the beginning but everyone was ok. Rain mainly held off, was glad of it in the end!
Now completed all parkruns in Somerset and North Somerset!
Thinking about tomorrow now but it would be quite a trek and see how I feel in the morning.

Well done Andy!
47 parkruns this year (most ever) at 12 different locations, and 34 volunteer credits on Sundays at the same one.
There have definitely been highs and lows, got my fastest since 2019 and also my slowest (today....)
